Return & Refund Policy

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.

At OutrGear, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • All components, accessories, and original packaging must be included.

  • The product must show no signs of excessive use, damage, or misuse.

  • Any items related to hygiene or personal use must be properly cleaned before being returned.

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, this must be reported immediately upon receipt with supporting evidence.

OutrGear reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear to have been used improperly, damaged by the customer, or returned incomplete.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, your return will be processed within 7 business days.


How to Initiate a Return

If your order qualifies under the conditions above, please contact us to begin the return process.

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name (first and last name)

  • Shipping address

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (in case of damage or defect)

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.

Important:
Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Cancellation Rights)

If you are purchasing as a private consumer (not for business purposes), you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Cancellation Period

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, excluding the carrier) receive the final item in your order.

Your notice must clearly state your intention to cancel the purchase.


Important Information Regarding Order Processing

Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders are processed quickly after being placed. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be cancelled immediately.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible while the shipment is in transit. You must wait until the package is delivered and then initiate a return in accordance with our return procedure.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and if it meets all return requirements:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • You will not incur additional transaction fees for the refund itself.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any upgraded shipping options selected at checkout are also non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.


International Returns & Warehouse Information

To maintain competitive pricing and product availability, some items may be returned to our central fulfillment warehouse in the country of origin.

All return shipping costs to this facility must be covered by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
